We are seeking a talented and motivated Tech Business Analyst for the Procure to pay systems and process (P2P) to join our Business Technology team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing technology systems, processes, and data to drive improvements and optimizations that contribute to the overall success of the company. Working closely with product owners, project managers, and external partners responsible for our applications to ensure alignment between business goals and technological solutions. Collaborate effectively with these stakeholders to gather insights, retrieve requirements and analyzing the impact on the end-to-end process and critically measure them with our BT vision. Contribute to the successful delivery of Tech continuous improvements and projects. Act as a liaison between business teams and technology teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of objectives.

Apart from this your responsibilities will include:

• Technology Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes related to the Purchase to pay (P2P) process and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into functional specifications for Tech solutions.
• Solution Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business and software partners to design, develop, and implement Tech solutions that meet business objectives.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that Tech solutions adhere to regulatory compliance standards and mitigate any potential risks associated with financial systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements, system integrations, and technological advancements to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.
• Documentation, monitoring, support: Responsible for accurate (process) documentation, facilitate smooth adoption and understanding of new Tech solutions by end-users and support teams, making sure monitoring and support is in place when delivering improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Proven experience (3 years) working as a Business Analyst in the Tech sector or in the financial field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end process improvements. In the retail / consumer goods sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a strategic approach to drive continuous improvement.
• Thrives in an open, fast-paced environment, embraces change, and excels in a dynamic and flexible setting
• Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience with systems like JIRA and Confluence, Procurements systems (like Coupa) and integrations with ERP are a plus.
• Experience in the procurement field is a plus.
