Responsibilities of the Process Leader:

• Team: You are responsible for hiring, training and developing your own team, full of passionate and energetic colleagues, working in a safe environment.
• Service: You continuously improve the process to increase the quality of the service.
• Operational: You ensure adequate planning, stock management, manage costs and budget & report the activity for your logistics process.
