How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Presentation of the Entity: Mainly based at Alpha Tower in Birmingham but also 1-2 days in Hucknall Nottingham where Richard Moss the digital marketing manager is also based. A balanced approach to work is normal, working from home etc. Presentation of the Team and Business Activities:

• Richard Moss - Digital Marketing Manager - Air Liquide UK
• Solveig Hove-Christensen - NEC Cluster Digital Marketing Manager

Focus on:

• Further organic content creation utilizing the hub and spoke content method to ramp up content creation.
• Liaising with other key stakeholders in the business on relevant topics to create copy to boost overall organic rankings for key customer search terms.
• Drive more traffic, more online revenue, and more lead generation for the inside sales teams.

Search Engine Optimisation:

• Organic content creation
• Technical SEO
• Backlink management
• Keyword research, utilizing tools such as Search Console, SEM Rush, and Google Analytics

PIM (Product Information Management): Through Engweld CMS for 6,000 products and growing including product images, brochures, content, tech spec, videos, optimization in order to increase conversions.

Mission Summary:

To support the UK ecommerce website engweld.co.uk with search engine optimisation of specific keywords which have been identified in order to drive further organic search traffic to the website which will drive further sales and lead generation. You will contribute to this mission by:

1. Ongoing SEO support and content creation
2. Organic content creation of category pages to boost efforts for targeted keywords
3. Adding new products to the engweld website through local CMS
4. SEO Competitor analysis
5. Identifying new areas for organic search terms not currently being ranked for
6. Support the UK Digital Marketing Manager on other Digital marketing projects for Energas and Air Liquide.

Are you a MATCH?

Education: Bachelors Degree Interest in: Sales & Marketing / Ecommerce Specialisation in: Digital content creation & search engine optimisation Soft and Hard Skills:

• Web analytics & data interpretation - Google Analytics / Search Console experience & knowledge (Or other tools)
• Experienced in SEMRush or other digital monitoring tools (Crazy frog / ahrefs for example)
• Experienced in creating SEO content and copy
• Graphic design understanding
• Project management skills
• Working in collaboration with other key stakeholders / departments

Languages: English fluency is a must have. Additional languages like German/Mandarin are nice to have. Please send your CV and motivation letter in English! Position based in city, country for an initial period of xx months, (extendable once). Position open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program. Therefore, only the applicants meeting the requirements of the French V.I.E program will be taken into consideration.
