Als proposal engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en effectief laten verlopen, plannen en verwerken van IHC Defence aanbestedingen (tenders). Alsmede de administratieve afhandeling en bijbehorende rapportages. Je bent in dit proces altijd op de hoogte van de laatste status, denkt proactief en procesmatig. De proposal engineer verzamelt de benodigde informatie voor de ingekomen tenders vanuit verschillende IHC experts. Met als focus een winnende en competitieve tenders binnen de daarvoor gestelde termijn af te kunnen leveren bij onze potentiele klanten. Je weet vanuit jouw rol de samenwerking tussen IHC afdelingen, leveranciers en klanten te bevorderen en kijkt continu met een positieve instelling naar verbeterkansen
