JOB PURPOSE

​​We seek a motivated and detail-oriented People (HR) Generalist to join our HR team. Reporting to the People Business Partner, the People Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth HR support for the People Business Partner(s) within our business teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to various HR initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the Business Partner(s) in their day-to-day work, this includes:

  • Addressing employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related topics;
  • Picking up administrative tasks that need to be handled locally, e.g. local benefit administration, global mobility administration or visa processes. A regional People Operations team deals with the core HR administration.
  • You are the link between the Regional People Operations team and the Business Partners to ensure a smooth employee journey.
  • Supporting employee engagement survey action plans;
  • Supporting the performance appraisal process and succession planning of the relevant business team(s);
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and the employee experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, local labour law and compliance.
  • Can bring fresh thinking and energy to the team with a can-do mentality;
  • Are punctual, proactive, have a positive attitude and can work independently;
  • Communicate clearly and take ownership over your actions;
  • Master the English language in word and writing.
