Job title: BU Speciality Project Manager
Role Description The BU Speciality Project Manager is responsible for new product introduction related projects within the BU Speciality. Next to that you will take the lead in the Speciality specification team to help the team to improve their skills in project management and to assure a consistent way of working for specifications and new product introductions with a continuous improvement mind set. Key Responsibilities & activities

• Coordinate projects within the BU Speciality. The specific projects will be agreed on with your manager before the start of the project and will include the specific scope of the project.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects linked to specifications.
• Lead the specification team within the BU to assure a high quality of product introductions.

What we expect

• BSC/MSC degree in technical discipline (e.g., Food technology, process technology,)
• Demonstrated exposure to managing external customer relationships.
• Proven track record in implementation of transformation, process improvement and standardizing way of working
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple functions (sales, operations, quality, R&D)
• Languages – Fluency in local language in service area (Dutch orGerman) + fluency in English
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Strong communication skills – able to work at different organizational levels at both Trivium and the customer
• Strong Analytical skills and knowledge of statistics
• Understands cultural differences.
• Strong internal networker and able to get things in a complex network of stakeholders
