Work with your national client and prospecting portfolio to help understand how they can best deliver value to their organization using Kleos as modern legal tech platform solution. Responsibilities Develop a targeted approach to engage law firms, legal departments, and other key stakeholders within the legal industry to create a sales pipeline with opportunities to achieve sales targets. Conduct effective sales presentations and online an onsite product demonstrations tailored to the legal industry. Communicate with customers with regards to any account problem and discuss customer concerns and suggestions for product development. Negotiate service/product terms with customers in line with guidelines. Liaise with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, services and customer Support to enhance customer experience. Find upsell opportunities for clients. Travel to and attend conferences, events and customer meetings. Requirements You have a Bachelor's or Masters degree or a comparable other qualification. 3+ years’ experience in Field Sales, Account Management or other equivalent experience, preferably in legal tech. Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets. Knowledge Software applications preferably SaaS, document management and accounting. Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills. Fluent Dutch as well as good English language skills Personality: Empathetic – deeply understand the goals, drivers, and needs of clients. Service-oriented. Strategic. Excellent listening and consultative skills. Proactive and Self-Driven. Excellent communicator. Capacity to handle high level relationships. Organized.
