We are continuously expanding, facing new challenges, and growing as a brand globally. To support this growth, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Indirect Procurement Coordinator to join our team.
Initially, this will be a supporting role, but there is ample room for professional development into the Procurement field. We seek a proactive, hands-on multitasker who can develop innovative solutions to enhance our current processes and workflows.
As an Indirect Procurement Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Indirect Procurement Department currently existing of 6 fte. reporting directly to the Head of Indirect Procurement. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Marketing, HR, BT, Retail, F&D, and work alongside departments like Finance, Legal, and Risk & Compliance. Your responsibilities will include amongst others; collaborating with procurement managers in collecting and analyzing spend data, sourcing suitable vendors, gathering necessary information for negotiations, responding to stakeholder inquiries, engaging with suppliers to gather essential data and managing the contracting signature process. In this role you help to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
