Amberscript Group is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Project Management Media Intern to help take our business to the next level.

As a Project Management Media Intern, you will help the Operations team manage the media XL projects with Amberscript. Next to that, as a growing company, we challenge you to help us grow! How can we be better organized? Which processes can be better documented? What is the feedback to the freelancers, and how can we implement it? WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

• Ensure that 100% of the subtitle/caption premium files are delivered within SLA
• Establish an engaged Freelancer pool for the Premium category
• Help to document and implement subtitles & translated subtitles processes
• Support Project manager media in day-to-day tasks
• Automate and streamline onboarding process for our freelancer community
• Source and attract freelancers for the Premium pool as per project requirements
• Improve freelance retention and satisfaction, resulting in a tight knit community
• Assisting the operations team to create communications for freelancers all around the globe (i.e. monthly newsletters, webinars, training sessions, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

• Studying at university level (NL: HBO or WO)
• Interested in different languages and cultures
• Passionate about startups and innovation
• Strongly motivated to make an impact
• Interest in Project Management, knowledge of subtitling is a plus
• A good coordinator, able to work with multiple people at the same time
• English native level speaker must

• Compensation of 500 EUR per month.
• Full time internship (40h/week) for duration of 6 months.
• Available from end of July, 2024.
