Job Description:

What will you work on?

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will provide general support to the Senior Manager, Regional Facilities Europe, specifically with the coordination of all facility management and health and safety tasks of all Spin Master offices in Europe as well as all with other facility projects within Europe. Being based in Bratislava the facilities coordinator will also oversee the daily office operations of the Spin Master Bratislava office, ensure the office runs smoothly, manage daily activities and be the first point of contact for all visitors. You will be responsible for managing outside contractors, creating purchase requests, collecting and tracking data, and maintaining records, contracts, and invoices.
How will you create impact? In the position of Facilities Coordinator, you will:

• Assist the Senior Manager, Regional Facilities in all aspects of facility project implementation
• Assist the Senior Regional Facilities Manager in data collecting and reporting
• Supported by Senior Manager, coordinate and monitor facility services vendors, oversee property management services and maintenance of premises in European locations
• Prepare purchase requests, oversee invoice payment, keep proper records of facility spend
• Prepare for preliminary budget based on current and future spending for all European locations
• Maintain files, contracts and invoices promptly and accurately
• Health and safety coordination for all Europe offices, ensuring we adhere to all Spin Master and local HS requirements
• Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facilities
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls and take prompt action to liaise with the vendor for repair and maintenance
• Document maintenance records well
• Support Spin Master Bratislava senior management in any facility related tasks
• Thorough understanding and full control of the Bratislava office environment to ensure maximum efficiency of the workplace
• Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels in Bratislava office
• Cooperate with IT department

What are your skills and experience?

• Education: High School, Bachelor degree
• 2 + years of facility or office management experience or similar
• Language skills: English; other language is advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• SAP experience an advantage
