Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our C-level executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to various projects with a broad focus on project management. Your organizational and interpersonal skills will be crucial in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders and handling information with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist all C-level executives in their daily tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interaction within and outside the organization.
  • Demonstrate time-management skills, managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Pay attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
  • Maintain organization across various duties, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Handle multitasking demands in a fast-paced environment with ease.
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring positive and productive interactions.
  • Utilize frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Support broad project management tasks, contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Ensure all information is handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a focus on project management.
  • Fluency in at least English, French, and Dutch
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
