The MD Office, reporting directly to the Managing Director, provides comprehensive administrative and business support to ensure the efficient operation and smooth development of the company. Key responsibilities include communication coordination, document management, project support, information management, confidentiality handling, and special assignments.

Main responsibilities:

  • Track department tasks and projects, produce regular reports and manage deadlines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with various departments for seamless communication and coordination, provide operational assistance, engage in team meetings, document discussions, track task progress, and optimize efficiency across teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Demonstrate strong logical thinking and writing skills, create data visualizations, interactive dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations to effectively convey insights to superiors.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in automotive industry marketing, sales analytics, channel management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Design skills are preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective partnerships and professional relationships in various cultural and organizational contexts. Strong planning, organizational, detail orientation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) with working proficiency in English. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is preferred.
