We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Automation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leveraging cutting-edge marketing automation tools such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, to optimize our outreach efforts and enhance our member engagement strategies. We're looking for someone to join our team starting in September 2024 to the end of January 2025.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement automated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and social media
  • Assist in the creation and segmentation of audience lists to deliver targeted and personalized communications
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing automation workflows and templates
  • Assist in data management and analysis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our customer databases
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Who You Are

  • You’re a student – you must be enrolled in a university!
  • You're currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
  • You're eager to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices in marketing automation. (knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email marketing automation platform is a plus)
  • You are customer focused: Understanding of customer needs and how to tailor marketing efforts to meet those needs effectively.
  • You are detail-oriented: Precision in executing tasks and ensuring accuracy in data and campaign setup.
  • You are curious about data analytics and reporting: Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports
  • You are curious about learning coding skills: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL is a plus
  • You are familiar with email marketing best practices and trends
