The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for exploring, implementing, and evaluating digital engagement channels to enhance customer experience and increase the organization's reach. This role will also build partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders and will lead the delivery of multiple projects for digital materials across Therapeutic Areas, develop and coordinate project plans and monitor KPIs. This role will also be responsible for managing digital platforms and tools, including third-party vendors. Additionally, this role will promote collaboration and best practice sharing while working with various teams to maximize value.

About the Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement innovative communication channels across all Therapeutic Areas to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with various Therapeutic Areas to understand their communication objectives and provide expert guidance on selecting the most effective tools and platforms for achieving these objectives.
  • Advise Therapeutic Areas on content strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and support to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with key stakeholders.
  • Explore the AI capabilities of design tools and platforms and experiment with AI-driven features to enhance digital materials.
  • Monitor and coordinate mass campaigns across all Therapeutic Areas.
  • Ensure consistency, brand alignment, and optimal messaging.
  • Take charge of the Novartis HCP Portal exploring all available features within the portal and conduct mini pilots with different Therapeutic Areas.
  • Collaborate with Content Owners to create and publish engaging content.
  • Keep the customer at the forefront of decision-making. Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Maintain existing documentation related to digital processes. Develop new documented processes as needed, especially in the areas of digital communication and design.

Job requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Technology/ Informatics
  • Experience in Digital
  • Analytical thinking - Ability to identify and exploit opportunities
  • Strong project management & communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both in verbal and written communications
  • Keen on new technologies and digital marketing strategies
  • Collaborative spirit, innovative, thinking, agility and can-do attitude
