  • Support HRBP on various HR initiatives and strategic priorities, working closely with HR COE team as well as global HR teams for corporate functions to achieve the goals set in function’s talent strategy, covering org design, succession planning, talent development, culture & engagement, as well as change management interventions when needed.
  • Liaise with COE as well as Global HR teams (for corporate functions) to provide recurring HR cores processes, with a focus on talent acquisition, total rewards, performance mgt. learning & development.
  • Provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships.
  • Serves as a trusted employee advisor to employees

Responsibilities

Work with COE & Global HR teams on the delivery & implementation of HR core processes:

  • Deliver the coaching sessions to function employees throughout the whole PMP cycle (incl. Objective Setting, Mid-Year, Year End, Development Conversation)
  • Coach team leaders on OHS team report analysis, generate insights for improvement areas and provide guidance for them to work out team-level OHS action plans; facilitate OHS workshops to generate functional-level action plans, provide guidance and advices to taskforce teams throughout the implementation stage
  • Support HRBP to facilitate PPP sessions, can independently handle BU sessions, while provide strong support on sector sessions
  • Regular connect and liaise with global HRBP and TMOD teams on the implementation of the core processes for global functions, making sure to meet the global guideline and timeline while take into consideration of local policies

Support HRBP to develop and implement key talent strategies to meet the business as well as talent development needs:

  • Support on yearly AOP planning, work with functional leadership team to frame out the manpower needs to support the business growth
  • Fine turn the org design and facilitate the talent movements when needed
  • Partner with TA to design & implement talent pipeline strategy, strategically buy right talents from market

Work with COE team to build up the learning culture while equip talents with the required capabilities/skills through different capability building and talent development programs:

  • Promote the learning culture through the local deployment of different global project, e.g.: PEP U DEGREED
  • Design and implement function’s Capability Building Programs, lead capability gaps diagnosis, and implement the customized functional workshops per business needs
  • Facilitate career related workshops including the education of career philosophy, growth model, leadership framework - Great 5, etc.
  • Provide career counseling when needed

Facilitate functional meetings/townhalls to enhance internal communication and team engagement

Coach people leaders to address employee relationship cases and performance issues in line with labor law, local regulations and company policies & procedures.

Ad hoc projects per assignment.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree, master preferred
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin & English
  • 8 years’ HR experiences with no less than 4 years in HRBP function
  • Solid know-how related to HR general topics, Performance Management & Measurement, Organization Development, Employee & labor relations & Labor Law, Employee Advocacy & Communication, Staffing & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Culture & Engagement
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Good business acumen, customer-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Exhibits a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges, problem-solver
