Product Ops Expert

As a Product Ops Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our product strategy and operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to drive product initiatives from conception to launch and beyond. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for optimizing processes to enhance product delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Organize and lead regular cross-functional meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and drive decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize product development processes, including but not limited to Agile methodologies, release management, and feedback loops.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and internal knowledge base articles.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate internal teams on new features and product updates

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in product management, project management, or operations roles within the technology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ADO), collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams), and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

The Product Operations role typically sits within the product management, closely collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and other relevant departments.
