Major Accountabilities Ensure fully harmonized processes and practices across countries on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs, CRM reporting and follow upSupport Therapy Areas (TAs) with launch preparations in optimizing FF setup vs market potential and customer universeDrive design of promotional grids and territory planning process in close collaboration with TA teamsConsult TA teams on engagement plan creation and execution tracking, customer segmentation and tieringCreate and maintain incentive setting process for field employees making sure it adheres to highest industry standards and corporate regulations. Track performance and realization data and liaise with internal customer to ensure timely communication flow, including target setting and realization. Ensures proper documentation is maintained at all stages of the processSupport FF upskilling through solid and understandable analytics and training/coaching to improve performanceTrack SFE and CRM KPIs and provide regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision makingSupport key Field Medical Excellence (FME) processes through consultations and solid analyticsSupport TA upskilling and ensure continuous support in performance assessment, management, field resource optimization and development of customer facing capabilitiesExecute ad hoc operational tasks to support Business Excellence and Execution (BE&E) departmentAct as backup for CRM system administrative tasksOn time reporting of spontaneous adverse events (AE) reports and technical complaints for all Novartis productsKey Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance for this role will be measured)SFE KPI quality, transparency and improvementCustomer segmentation and targeting process accuracy and effectivenessField incentive process timeliness, accuracy and complianceManage risk, compliance, and controls environment, measured through internal & external auditRegular upskilling initiatives and overall internal customer satisfaction and feedbackIdeal Background Education: University degree preferably in Economics, Business or administration Advanced degree in Data Science and/or MBA is a plusExperience: Strong analytical skillsAbility to efficiently work with large amounts of dataExpert user of Excel and other MS Office programsStrong communication and presentation skills, readiness to upskill teams and ability to clearly communicate insights from complex sets of dataStrong drive for superior results and process improvementValues and Competencies/Skills: Business Mindset: understands how to translate data into value adding business insights budgets.Operational excellence: navigates processes and procedures to get things done while focusing on continuous improvement whenever possible.Project excellence: drives superior results by taking initiative, planning and implementing projects, setting priorities and holding self and others accountable to meet commitments and set targets.Languages:Fluent in both written and spoken English
