What you will learn as a Customer Collaboration intern:

  • E2E and Customer Service & Logistics planning dynamics
  • Problem Solving by Root Cause Analysis (Lean management)
  • Short term demand planning
  • Use of different tools to analyse core performance data for forecast accuracy and service and to identify and implement improvements
  • Build Collaborative Relationships with Customers and internal stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional impact of supply chain into the business.

Qualifications

Job essentials:

  • WO Bachelor / Master’s or graduated (max. 3 months) with an affinity for supply chain and planning Accurate, analytical, organized and basic understanding of Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. Excel)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to lay out data, trends and insights in a way that engages key stakeholders
  • Self-driven, and a desire to develop within Customer Collaboration Team
  • Dutch language required
