What you’ll do:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive customer growth and market expansion. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO. Develop and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and lifetime value (LTV). Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and analytics, to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to drive collective success.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members. Set clear goals and expectations, and empower team members to achieve excellence in their respective roles.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and customer acquisition. Experiment with new strategies and tactics to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage acquisition budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition targets. Monitor spending and optimize budget allocations based on performance metrics and business priorities.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting acquisition performance, trends, and insights. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within digital marketing or customer acquisition.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO.
  • Leadership ability, with experience in building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding acquisition targets.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
