Your Job

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various exciting projects and research initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for our colleagues. You will actively participate in developing and implementing innovative health and well-being initiatives, giving you the chance to harness your creativity and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will be involved in establishing effective communication strategies to promote these initiatives and increase employee engagement. What you bring to the job

• You have drive to gain experience;
• You’re doing a course in HRM, Psychology, Organisational Sciences, Business Administration or similar;
• You like to take the initiative;
• You’re flexible;
• You’re a team player;
• You have a good command of English and preferably at least one other language.
