Change Management - Cluster Lead
Job Description Summary
The Cluster Lead for Change Management will join our APAC Total Workplace dynamic team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in helping our clients transform their workplaces to meet the demands of the modern workforce. You will lead and deliver change management projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and guide them through successful implementation.

About the Role:
- Client Engagement - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identify opportunities for expanding and deepening client partnerships.
- Strategic Leadership - Mentor and coach Variable Change Managers, Guest Relations Host, Community Hosts, Site Leads and the larger Workplace Experience team, helping them develop their skills and expertise while leading the design and execution of innovative and customized solutions for clients.
- Team Development - Be proactive in managing direct reports’ workplan, career planning and foster a culture of feedback, continuous learning and professional growth.
- Project Oversight - Oversee multiple complex change management projects simultaneously and monitor project progress, risks, and quality, and take proactive measures to address issues.
- Be an advocator of Global Total Workplace thought leadership & tool - Consistently stay in touch with the new trends / concept developed by the Global Total Workplace Thought Leadership to ensure consistent messages and narrative is delivered to all clients
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master degree preferred
- 7-15 years of experience in workplace strategy, change management, design or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading successful workplace transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
