The transformation team is responsible for uplifting the product management discipline and enabling more effective product development within the LSEG-Microsoft Partnership. We are seeking a talented product leader to help drive capability uplift and change across the product portfolio. As a product and agile transformation leader, you will help lead the organization towards a more customer-centric model for delivering products and focus on developing standards and processes to improve the company’s ability to operate. In this role, it will be essential to partner with stakeholders from across the company (e.g., product, technology, finance, sales, operations, etc.) to enable them to support a Product way of working effectively. You will leverage your expertise in product management to define standards for the discipline and to create the guardrails, artefacts, approaches and learning required to embed Product craft effectively. Main Responsibilities: Designing and launching a Product Academy for Product People to upskill and grow their career and enable consistent craft development Designing and releasing artefacts, tools, templates and ‘how tos’ for Product Management, including e.g. prioritisation frameworks, roadmaps, OKRs, product canvases Consulting on Product Management best practices and coaching Product Managers at all levels Defining and iterating an holistic Product Competency Framework supported by underpinning competencies and skills Defining the learning interventions and support required to uplift Product Management capability Facilitating and developing a Product Community of Practice Evangelising and role-modelling the Product Mindset within LSEG In this role, you will: Influence people across the Partnership to help implement Product Management best practices Work closely with Microsoft to ensure best practices are sought and incorporated into LSEG’s Product way of working Set a roadmap for Product transformation with clearly communicated outcomes, informed by continuous discovery work that evolves our understanding of how best to achieve those outcomes Collaborate with scrum masters, agile coaches, Product and Technology leaders and senior leadership Build relationships across the organisation and help drive and support the enterprise level drive for agility and Product-centricity Provide regular feedback regarding scope, roadblocks, concerns to your colleagues and key stakeholders Skills / experience required Significant experience in Product Management, in companies that have undergone Product-led transformation is essential Experience in Management Consulting, specifically in Digital/Product/Agile transformation is also preferable Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency with MS PowerPoint & Excel Ability to prioritise effectively and work with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Emotional intelligence, level-headed diplomat, skilled listener and clear communicator Patient, persistent, optimistic, self-motivated and determined; results driven and goal oriented Critical thinking, problem solving and lateral thinking skills Quick learner LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
