IBFD's Training Delivery Department is currently looking for an experienced:

Training Delivery Manager

In this role you will be responsible for the development and integration of IBFD’s Training business line and the day-to-day management of the Training Delivery Team. The team consists of learning experts, coordinators, LMS manager and LMS coordinators who work with various internal and external content specialists (subject matter experts) and other stakeholders to develop IBFD’s portfolio of online training products, such as webinars, e-learning courses, online certificate programmes, and more innovative formats to engage with learners.

You will be responsible for aligning the new work processes with the skillset in the team in order to create products that are fit for market. Together with the Director Product & Delivery and the Product Manager Online Training you are responsible for getting the IBFD training delivered to a continuously growing range of customers. You will report to the Director Product & Delivery and work closely with the Product Manager Online Training and other internal stakeholders.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Implement the business plan created in collaboration with the Product manager.
  • Manage all related aspects of planning, control and budget within the Training Delivery team.
  • People/team management; coach, stimulate and support the team members in their work and professional development and growth (approx. 10 – 15FTE).
  • Implement and manage the redesign of learning solutions for effective platform presentation and modular sales offerings in an online environment.
  • Improve user accessibility/friendliness and searchability by applying UX design and user analytics to the set-up and interface of the teaching platform (LMS).
  • Improve time-to-market and effectiveness through continuous process optimization.
  • Manage projects in synergy with other stakeholders across disciplines and departments.
  • Devise and implement policies for editorial and content management and develop a process for working with the SME’s (Subject Matter Experts).
  • Overall responsible for assessing different LMS together with other internal stakeholders and implement a future-proof LMS.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree;
  • Strong personality with managerial experience;
  • Extensive knowledge of current, relevant digital technologies and platforms;
  • Knowledge of and experience with the learning, information and/or knowledge industry is an advantage;
  • Experience with learning solutions is a big advantage.

Skills

  • Advanced project management skills;
  • Solution-oriented attitude;
  • Proven effectiveness in multidisciplinary collaboration;
  • People-manager;
  • Experience with agile processes and development methods, and able to transfer this knowledge to the team and other stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English.

Salary & Fringe Benefits

Depending on background and relevant work experience, we offer a salary between EUR 6,500 and EUR 7,000 (37 hrs), completed by an attractive package of fringe benefits, amongst others:

  • Premium free pension;
  • 8% holiday pay;
  • Flexibility with 5.44% Personal Budget (individual choice to accumulate up to 33 days paid holiday per year or end-of-year bonus);
