IDEXX is looking for a Strategy Analyst to support our Global Business Services (GBS). As a Strategy Analyst within our Global Business Services team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of GBS Strategy in driving our strategic initiatives forward. You will be a critical individual contributor reporting directly to the Head of GBS Strategy. In this role you will enable the Head of Strategy to maintain focus on commercial and regional demands and priorities by assisting in the creation of roadmaps, assessing resource requirements, and identifying constraints. Your strategic mindset, project management skills, and ability to convert strategy into actionable tactics will be essential in helping us achieve our business objectives.

In this Role

  • You will collaborate with the Head of Strategy, IT and CX teams to create and refine and develop GBS roadmaps that align with the overall business strategy. This includes identifying key milestones Head, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • You will assess resource needs from various business pillars to ensure the successful execution of GBS initiatives. Identify resource constraints and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • You will Assist in driving the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives, translating high-level strategy into practical and actionable tactics. Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • You will work and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the customer experience team, to ensure that strategic initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with customer-centric goals.
  • You will apply strong project management skills to track and manage the execution of strategic projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet predefined objectives.
  • You will participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute innovative ideas to address business challenges. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • You will effectively communicate findings, progress updates, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization by preparing and delivering clear and compelling presentations to convey complex information.

What you need to Succeed:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • You have proven experience in strategy analysis or related roles within a global business services or similar environment.
  • You demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • You have proficiency in creating roadmaps, assessing resource requirements, and identifying constraints.
  • You possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
  • You have demonstrated ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • You have an international perspective and a strategic mindset.
  • You possess emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.
  • You have high ethical standards.
