Junior/ Medior Python Developer

Yabba Data Doo is a fast-growing tech startup based in Amsterdam. We provide support to clients in the production and maritime industries by developing innovative software.

We are looking for a creative and communicative Software Developer to join our team.

As a Software Developer, you will be involved in developing software on a project basis within the maritime sector. We tackle complex challenges and strive to automate and make the offshore industry more sustainable.

​Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Writing back-end software for projects in the maritime industry.
• Building scalable code using the latest standards and design patterns.
• Collaborating within a team and communicating with clients.

Requirements

• A university degree, ideally a master's, in a computer science or related field.
• Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: Python, NodeJS, SQL, GO, C++, C# or Java .
• An autonomous yet collaborative working style.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment.

• Salary: The salary for this position is based on experience and ranges from 2500 to 3500 euros per month.
