All About the Role

The Courier HR CoE team focuses on assuring we have the most up-to-date policies, processes and systems in place to provide our couriers with a fair, safe and fun work environment. From creating process maps to helping transfer content to an online environment, you’ll help us achieve our goals of implementing new processes, improving quality and achieving operational efficiency within the scope of HR

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Help us create and shape our new online knowledge base
• Analyse and document local standard operating procedures
• Supporting the launch of our annual process review cycle
• Business Process mapping for end-to-end HR-related processes
• Transfer offline content into a digitalized knowledge base
• Supporting the creation and send out of our internal newsletter
• Help with the creation of a newsletter for the team
• Research Opportunity: How can we communicate process changes more effectively across all markets we support?

What will you bring to the table?

• Currently studying for Business Administration, Communication, Organisational Design or Human Resources
• Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint or Google equivalent etc.
• A well-organised and proactive mindset with close attention to detail
• A proactive, innovative and open-minded approach to your work
• Have a process-mind set and able to think about abstract concepts
• Interest on HR related topics
• Fluent in English (Excelent skills both written and spoken) C1 or above.
• Available full-time or part-time for a period of 6 months
