Are you open for a next step in your career and do you want to contribute to the energy transition with a team of 16 passionate professionals?Your responsibilities:
  • Managing the Data Operations Department; especially motivating, inspiring, coaching and development of employees;
  • Bridging between the Asset Data Strategy, the execution departments Large Projects, Gridfield Operations and the operational department System Operations;
  • Accountable to define and implement the business processes for the organization in close cooperation with the responsible teams within Asset Management and with Large Projects and Grid Field Operation teams;
  • Chairing the tactical Management Forum for Asset Data (MFAD) and report to the Strategic MFAD.
  • Member of the MT Asset Management Data Management and actively contributes to and co-owns data operations and its implementation;
  • Reporting to the Head Data Management.

Your profile and background

  • Academic working and thinking level and a relevant /master degree; advanced courses in data/information management and/or business administration e.g. Electrical and/or Mechanical, Control & Automation etc. are preferrable;
  • Multiple years of proven experience in managing teams in organizations, incl. matrix organizations and with a diversity of stakeholders and complex business cases;
  • Experience in change- and implementation management;
  • Preferably experience in managing virtual teams with very diverse professionals and deep expertise skills in multiple locations;
  • Regular travelling between our offices in Arnhem, Lehrte and Bayreuth is part of the job;
  • Act as a role model and create the right context for employees to show the desired mind-set and behaviour in line with TenneT’s leadership profile (Connection, Ownership and Courage).

Additional information

  • The weekly working time is 40 hours.
  • The position is indefinite.

  • Maximum salary of € 10.122,- gross per month (grade 18) based on a fulltime agreement.
