Your Role: A Catalyst for Excellence and Team Empowerment

This role is designed for a proactive leader who thrives in a multifaceted environment. You’ll play a central role in Ubiqu’s growth journey, driving initiatives across:

Operational and Commercial Leadership

  • Collaborate with CEO Boris Goranov to streamline operations and support our scaling efforts.
  • Oversee financial processes, including supplier orders, invoice management, and payment preparation.
  • Implement and refine systems that improve operational efficiency and enable smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to the success of the commercial team.

Event Coordination & Culture Development

  • Plan and organize internal and external events, including B2B-focused gatherings, industry events, and team-building activities.
  • Foster a thriving company culture where collaboration, innovation, and engagement flourish.
  • Coordinate company celebrations, trips, and informal activities to strengthen team connections.

Team Support & Growth

  • Play an active role in onboarding new talent and supporting their integration into the team.
  • Act as a point of contact for team members, ensuring their needs are met and they feel empowered to succeed.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; Dutch is a bonus.
