HR Internship

Reach your full potential as HR Intern

During your internship, you will work at our HR department located in Delfzijl, and you will also travel with us when we visit other locations like Dordrecht and Amsterdam. In Learning & Development, we focus on providing the right resources and tools for our employees to achieve their personal and professional goals. You will primarily support HR Learning & Development specialists in their day-to-day tasks. This includes conducting training sessions and workshops on team development, setting up communication systems, participating in personal development discussions, talent management, and establishing an educational platform.

In addition to these tasks, you will also support other HR colleagues during your internship so that you learn in all areas! This includes assisting our recruiter in candidate sourcing and our HR business partners in their daily activities.

This is you

You are a motivated student who gets to the bottom of things. Besides your interest in the HR field, you are also creative and enjoy working with design. You can't wait to share your creative ideas with others and are eager to develop yourself in Learning & Development!

You

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology with an affinity for HR
• Are looking for an internship where you can observe and conduct research
• Have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages in word and writing
