Spare Parts Procurement Manager (EMEA)

JBT Marel is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Spare Parts Procurement Manager to join the team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will combine strategic procurement leadership with team management responsibilities, ensuring optimal spare parts availability while driving long-term value across the supply chain. This is a key position where you will balance hands-on leadership with a strong strategic focus — shaping supplier strategies, improving performance, and supporting business growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Define and execute strategic sourcing plans for spare parts across multiple categories
• Lead and develop the spare parts procurement team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage supplier relationships, driving performance in cost, quality, delivery, and innovation
• Collaborate with supply chain, service, and operations teams to ensure parts availability and demand alignment
• Identify and implement cost reduction and value improvement initiatives
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and structured reviews
• Support inventory optimization strategies while maintaining service levels for customers

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally within spare parts or technical environments
• Experience leading teams in an international organisation
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and supplier performance management
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and procurement tools
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
