Spare Parts Coordinator (Boxmeer)

JBT Marel is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing spare parts requests, quotations, and order fulfilment throughout the customer journey. You will act as a key link between customers, service teams, and the internal supply chain to ensure timely delivery and high service levels.

What you’ll be doing

• Process and manage spare parts requests, including quotations, orders, returns, and delivery inquiries.
• Follow all spare parts orders end-to-end, ensuring timely completion and clear communication.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams on availability, lead times, and delivery performance.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, including Service, Technical Support, and Customer Care teams.
• Plan and prepare spare parts packages for planned maintenance activities in collaboration with Field Service teams.
• Escalate technical or delivery issues where needed and ensure fast and effective resolution.

Experience & Qualifications

• Education in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in a spare parts, service, or sales support environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), particularly in sales and warehouse modules.
• Understanding of spare parts processes, order handling, and supply chain operations.
• Experience working in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in an international, multicultural environment is an advantage.
