Job Description

As Client Group Business Operations Lead, you will partner with MU Client Group leads and MU DOO as a trusted strategic advisor, enabling them with data-driven insights to grow the business and drive profitability for the company, clients and shareholders.

You will:

  • Support the business leads in establishing the mission, vision and goals to align with business and operational objectives.
  • Program manage the implementation of the strategy within the Client Group, support the CG Leadership in executing the CG growth agenda, drive operational excellence and support their P&L management accountabilities.
  • Establish and manage the governance structure, including preparing and facilitating all recurring leadership meetings and business reviews.
  • Assist the CG Lead in managing monthly and quarterly performance metrics, and identify and drive key revenue and profitability uplift actions across the CG as required.
  • Act as a business integrator, collaborating closely with different business functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Legal teams to facilitate smooth business operations and achieve planned business priorities, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively as a team across business operations professionals in the MU. Work with the MU Bus Ops Lead to ensure that business operations and related work teams are coordinated and have clear strategies and approaches in place to support the CG and MU initiatives.
  • Develop and improve standardized operational processes, and drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes while managing critical program dependencies.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics and training based on ongoing experience, process metrics and stakeholder feedback.
  • Use, develop and oversee implementation of best practices and assets of the global organization in accordance with global directions and rules; develop operational excellence initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Manage business operations risk and issues across the CG.
  • Support other CG and MU initiatives as they arise.
