Join the Under Armour Rookie Program Internship from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027 as a Paid Social Rookie within the consumer engagement marketing team. In this hands-on role, you will support the Paid Social Lead and help bring to life a new social demand creation engine through creative execution, stakeholder coordination, trend spotting, and performance optimization, making a direct impact on a consideration and revenue-driving initiative.

The Rookie Program Internship runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027 and is designed to give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie, you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically, collaborate cross-functionally, and create impact.

Are You The Next Rookie?
- Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 – June 2027)
- Hold EU citizenship, OR are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands
- Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
- Humble and hungry, with a strong willingness to learn
Your Impact
- Coordinate campaign workflows including trafficking assets between agencies, managing and updating details within campaign calendar, informing cross-functional teams of changes, and QA’ing ads in platform
- Translate inputs from Regional Category Marketers, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Omni marketing teammates into actionable inputs that shape Demand Creation strategies
- Maintain awareness of creative guidelines and best practices by platform, ensuring all artwork and formats are optimized for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Reels, Shorts, and emerging social placements
- Monitor social creative trends, emerging formats, and platform developments, and bring creative inspiration and industry insights into briefing conversations to support innovation and ongoing creative improvement
- Pull performance data and support weekly reporting on audience growth, engagement and campaign quality
- Help document creative learnings and experimentation results to inform future briefs and optimizations
- Create presentations with results and learnings to share in cross-functional meetings
- Attend and support meetings with media and creative agencies to facilitate campaign execution, capture action items, and help ensure follow through across workstreams
- Help translate inputs from Regional Category Marketers, Ecommerce teammates, Merchandisers, and Omni marketing partners into clear strategic briefs for our media agency
- Define campaign objectives, audience targeting approaches, success KPIs and in platform optimization goals
- Co-author creative briefs for our production agencies, layering in creative testing frameworks, trending storytelling concepts and messaging angles to bring the strategy to life in platform native creative
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, creative storytelling and ecommerce
- Naturally curious about what’s trending on social platforms and why it works
- Organized, detail oriented and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
- Confident written communicator with an interest in learning how to write effective creative briefs
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards and performance metrics (no advanced experience required)
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast moving environment
