We are looking for a Social & Content Intern to own our day-to-day content operations and help us grow our presence across our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc). You will sit within the Marketing & Communications team, working closely with our Innovation Platform team who provide subject matter expertise across our content themes.

Fashion for Good is the global platform for collaborative innovation in the fashion industry. Based in Amsterdam, we bring together brands, innovators, investors, and industry partners to accelerate the transition to a circular and sustainable fashion system.

About the role

Key responsibilities

Content creation and production

  • Plan, produce, and publish content across FFG's social channels on a consistent weekly cadence, maintaining FFG's brand tone of voice and visual identity throughout
  • Design social assets and campaign visuals in Figma
  • Develop data storytelling content including short-form video, infographics, and explainer formats
  • Work with AI-assisted production tools to support content output and experimentation

Content scheduling and planning

  • Manage the social media content calendar in Notion, coordinating with colleagues to keep all workstreams on track
  • Write platform-native copy from carousel scripts and captions to innovator news posts, adapted for each channel and audience

Community engagement

  • Monitor channel performance and community engagement daily
  • Respond to comments and DMs, and proactively nurture FFG's online community across LinkedIn and Instagram

Analytics and insights

  • Collect and compile monthly social media metrics using Buffer, translating data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to A/B testing of formats, posting cadence, and messaging to continuously improve channel performance
  • Actively research emerging digital trends and bring proposals for how FFG can act on them

Skills & requirements

  • Technical fluency across the tools required for the role: Figma, Canva, Notion, and Buffer
  • Comfort using AI tools for content production, or a strong demonstrated ability to pick up new tools quickly
  • Video editing experience is a plus — Higgsfield, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format across platforms and audiences
  • A sharp eye for visual quality and brand consistency
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working with autonomy in a small, fast-moving team
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO) or Master's programme, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English is a requirement
  • Only candidates with an existing working permit for the EU are eligible
