We’re looking for a Paid Social Marketeer who knows how to turn scrolls into clicks, clicks into bookings, and creative ideas into measurable results. You’ll be part of an international performance marketing team, working across some of the world’s biggest social platforms to drive growth in multiple European markets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves performance marketing, understands platform culture, and gets excited by testing, optimizing and improving campaigns every single day. You’ll work closely with creative teams, agencies, data specialists and local market teams to build campaigns that actually perform — not just look good in a deck.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Build, launch and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
  • Create and scale campaigns focused on traffic, customer acquisition, engagement, bookings and revenue growth.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through audience targeting, bidding strategies, placements and budget optimization.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing social-first creatives for reels, stories, video and platform-native formats.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages and formats to improve ROAS and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with agencies and platform partners to challenge ideas, improve execution and stay ahead of platform developments.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, including tracking, UTMs, naming conventions, approvals and landing page checks.
  • Manage budgets accurately, monitor pacing and support campaign administration and invoicing processes.
  • Explore new tools, automation opportunities and AI-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and campaign impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, CRM, Digital Product, Data & Technology and local market teams across Europe.

Wie je bent

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in paid social, performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • You have hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and/or LinkedIn.
  • You understand how paid social algorithms, audiences and creatives work together to drive performance.
  • You’re comfortable working with campaign data, reporting tools and performance metrics like ROAS, CPA and conversion rate.
  • You know your way around Excel, GA4, Looker Studio or similar analytics tools.
  • You have experience working with agencies or external partners.
  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Culturally aware and comfortable working across European markets.
  • You are naturally curious and continuously looking for smarter ways of working.
  • You have a strong interest in AI, innovation and emerging technologies and you are eager to apply them in a practical marketing context.
  • You speak and write English fluently. Dutch and/or German is a plus.

  • A one-year contract with a one-month probation period in accordance with the Recreation collective labour agreement, with the intention of offering a permanent contract.
