Are you excited to be part of our dynamic team where business meets technology? Driving Rituals' growth through innovative tools within our Tech & Data department.

This is an exciting time to join the Tech and Data department at Rituals. Rapid growth means we are transforming our technology landscape to deliver our vision of becoming an iconic, global well-being brand. You will be at the forefront, driving impactful change across the business. If you are looking for a high-impact role, this is it.

Overview of role

The Marketing Tech Business Analyst role sits in the Store & Marketing domain, reporting to the Head of Product, and serves as a crucial link between business goals, technical solutions, and system performance. As a Business Analyst, you collaborate with stakeholders across departments to analyse end-to-end business processes within your domain, gather and translate requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be at the heart of both optimising existing marketing tooling and driving the implementation of new technologies, ensuring that systems, processes, and data flows are future-proof and aligned with business ambitions.

Your mission

As a Marketing Tech Business Analyst, you will:

  • Act as the key link between Marketing, Tech, and Data teams
  • Analyse and improve end-to-end marketing processes and data flows
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing tooling
  • Play a crucial role in implementation projects of new marketing technologies
  • Ensure smooth adoption, scalability, and performance of marketing systems

Key responsibilities

  • Business & Process Analysis: own end-to-end process mapping (campaign & promotion processes, content workflows) and translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Tooling Optimisation: improve the adoption and performance of existing mar-tech by optimising workflows, integrations, and data usage, and by partnering with marketing teams to maximise value.
  • Implementation of new technologies: support selection through rollout of new tools by coordinating vendors, IT, and architecture, and by defining the target process and data flows.
  • Stakeholder Management: drive alignment across Marketing, Tech, Data, and external partners by translating between business and technical needs and facilitating decisions on scope and priorities.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: define and execute testing, develop test cases, validate data and integrations, support UAT, maintain test suites, and track defects through to resolution.
  • Documentation & Enablement: create process flows, documentation, and training materials, and drive enablement to ensure consistent adoption of new tools and ways of working.

Bring all of you

You are analytical, proactive, and naturally curious. You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology and thrive in a dynamic, international environment where we take work seriously, but ourselves just a little bit less.

You also bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in a tech or marketing environment)
  • Experience with marketing technology ecosystems (or strong affinity)
  • Preferred: Experience modelling business processes using notation such as BPMN
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
