About this role

Join our Data Science and Analytics team within the Sales Strategy and Operations (SSO) org hands-on architecting the synergy between complex data engineering and high-level executive reporting. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will lead by designing scalable analytics solutions and deliver a "single version of the truth" for our global sales organization. We care about creating impact through collaboration, ensuring our Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) Salesforce ecosystem drives sales acceleration. You'll translate large datasets into reliable insights that empower every food moment.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Global Governance: Lead the strategic centralisation of dashboards and reporting to mandate global consistency in data definitions and toolsets.
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Direct the design and long-term maintenance of resilient data pipelines within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and our global data platform.
  • AI Roadmap Steering: Drive commercial excellence by architecting the data foundation for Propensity Models and Knowledge Bases, directly enhancing recommendation relevancy.
  • Executive Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Strategy and Acceleration leadership, translating complex business challenges into robust technical roadmaps.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Data Science and Engineering leads to prioritise high-value outcomes that achieve our collective global business goals.
  • Scalable Architecture: Govern highly scalable data infrastructure with a focus on translating CRM and partner datasets into the strategic metrics that define our sales performance.
  • Performance Leadership: Deliver advanced CRM analytics and executive-level performance scorecards to drive measurable, high-stakes business impact.

  • Technical Authority: Expert-level mastery of SQL, Python, Google BigQuery, and Data Build Tool (DBT).
  • Commercial Transformation: A proven track record of delivering impactful, large-scale wins within complex commercial environments like Sales or Marketing.
  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex data architecture into clear, strategic narratives for non-technical executive stakeholders.
  • CRM Ecosystem Expertise: Significant experience in the global management and optimization of Salesforce and enterprise-level CRM systems.
  • Market Intelligence: A sophisticated analytical mindset capable of benchmarking global partner performance and tracking competitive intelligence to inform company-wide strategy.
