Your job

As a Business Consultant, your primary focus is on advising and challenging our IT leadership. You are (jointly) responsible for the development and implementation of IT-related change initiatives. The Platforms and Technology (P&T) department ensures the availability of the IT systems on which customers and employees rely. Additionally, P&T supports the entire bank by designing new IT solutions, making business information available across the company, facilitating the latest technology and tools, and ensuring that the service quality of all systems and infrastructure meets the high standards of the bank.

The core of your activities includes:

• Managing project based work across several IT initiatives;
• Analysing business and technology information to support decisions;
• Developing clear storylines for presentations and reports;
• Facilitating workshops, reviews and alignment sessions;
• Supporting stakeholders with practical and realistic solutions;
• Tracking progress, risks and dependencies across initiatives;
• Improving ways of working within the IT organisation;
• Coaching colleagues through feedback and knowledge sharing.

As a Business Consultant, you work for the P&T Office, within the Support team. This is a young and dynamic team that challenges the organization to change and move forward. Your profile

• Minimum of a Master's degree from a university (WO);
• At least 5 years of proven work experience with (consultancy) projects;
• You have strong analytical skills and can quickly get to the core of a problem;
• You can translate complex problems into understandable language and engage your stakeholders in the process;
• You are change-oriented and energized by complex challenges;
• You excel in stakeholder management and easily connect stakeholders;
• You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and proactive;
• You have excellent English skills, yet the working language is Dutch;
• You have excellent PowerPoint skills and can build a good storyline.
