Managing Business Consultant

You make your own team successful and you are the trusted advisor to the management of our top 200 clients.

Your activities

You will have the full responsibility for one of the sector business lines. In addition, you hire the right colleagues and you know how to guide them to successful Business Consultants. Your day-to-day activities include:

• Advising clients on how to build a successful team. You develop HR roadmaps and will become responsible for their implementation;
• Client relationship management at (senior) management level;
• Identifying new business opportunities within the sector and converting these into a tailored proposition;
• Initiating the relevant development programs together with your colleagues from Talent Development and monitoring important team metrics together with the client;
• Making your own team successful by coaching your team members and monitoring their performance.

• A salary range between €4,500 and €8,500 per month, depending on your track record;
• Uncapped commissions;

• Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications;

What you bring

We are looking for experienced business consultants and business developers with different commercial and sales-related backgrounds, experiences, and passions. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way.

Furthermore, you are energized by guiding and developing junior and medior team members and know how to make your team successful in delivering high-quality work for our clients.

• You have 4+ years of work experience in a commercial position and want to make your next career steps as a managing business consultant;
• You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree;
• You are proactive and you have a passion for developing client relationships;
• You have an affinity with talent solutions within data, finance and analytics environments;
• You have experience in training and coaching junior employees or are interested in developing yourself in this area;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
