About this Position
Global Network Process Engineering Manager RPP & STC (d/f/m)
What you´ll do
- Own and continuously develop the global process engineering framework for Rubbers, Plastisols, Parts (RPP) & Surface Treatment & Cleaners (STC) technologies across the production network
- Provide technical sign-off for global network projects to ensure optimal process design and compliance with standards
- Drive the implementation of advanced and automated production processes aligned with safety, sustainability, quality, and cost targets
- Collaborate closely with Regional Operations, Process and Technology Innovation, and Global Capital Project Management on process solutions
- Support new product introductions by ensuring process and technology readiness
- Develop and deploy standardized process engineering best practices across all regions
- Identify and implement continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives
- Build and manage global process engineering capabilities, including knowledge sharing and training initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in process engineering, technology development, or a comparable field
- Proven experience leading global projects and working in cross-functional, international teams
- Deep expertise in process engineering and RPP and STC technologies
- Strong analytical, strategic, and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Fluent English skills
