Grant Management Assistant (FG III)

The EIT is now organising a call for expressions of interest with a view to establishing a reserve list for Contract Staff (CA) for the profile of Grant Management Assistant. The place of employment will be Budapest, where the EIT seat is located.

Reporting to the Head of Unit “Partnerships Management” (PAM), the Grant Management Assistant will be part of the “Monitoring” section. The PAM Unit contributes to consolidating, fostering growth and impact of the current and future Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs). It manages the programming and grant allocation process, supports the KICs during the implementation through the development of cross-KIC activities, and ensures efficient reporting and payment processes leading to a high level of grant assurance through adequate audits and controls.
