In deze rol als F&B Assistant ondersteun je de F&B Manager bij het aansturen van het Food & Beverage-team. Je houdt je bezig met alle aspecten, van bedrijfsplanning en organisatie tot bedrijfsvoering en administratie.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een zeer hoge klanttevredenheid en de hoogste merk- en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Je brengt creativiteit en variatie in ons aanbod van eten en drinken.
- Je beheert de financiële aspecten van de afdeling en werkt binnen de gestelde budgetdoelen voor inkomsten, winst en food- en beveragekosten, zonder compromissen te sluiten op de food- en beveragekwaliteit.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat je teamleden uitstekend functioneren en zich ontwikkelen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de teams sales & catering, marketing en banqueting om de bedrijfsresultaten te maximaliseren.
Waar zijn we naar op zoek?
- HBO-diploma in hotelmanagement of aanverwante studierichting.
- Eerdere ervaring in een leidinggevende functie bedrijfsvoering in Food & Beverage/restaurant.
- Passie voor leiderschap en teamwerk.
- Oog voor detail om operationele uitmuntendheid te bereiken.
- Uitstekende dienstverlenende vaardigheden voor gasten.
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Engels.
