In this role as a Senior Account Manager, become the essential bridge between TUI's regional marketing teams and our in-house creative studio, TUI Studios. You’ll translate business objectives into compelling creative campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and driving creative excellence across your aligned region.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll act as the primary liaison between internal clients and the creative studio, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders while translating business objectives into actionable creative briefs.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of creative and product activity will be central to your role, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Working closely with the Creative Lead, you'll champion creative excellence while balancing commercial and operational realities across all deliverables.
  • We'll rely on you to coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, design, copy, publishing, and localization to deliver cohesive campaign assets.
  • With your regional knowledge, you'll oversee transcreation and translation in conjunction with the Brand Lead and Localization Lead.
  • You'll participate in strategic discussions around localization, brand guardianship, and content governance, helping to evolve our in-house creative studio model.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring experience working in creative, content, advertising, or marketing, with proven success in an in-house creative studio or marketing agency in a similar account management role.
  • You have developed strong project management abilities that allow you to handle multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • You can translate business objectives into creative briefs effectively, balancing creative excellence with commercial priorities.
  • You have an organized approach to work with attention to detail and can deliver under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • You communicate effectively and build productive relationships across different departments and levels of seniority.
  • You understand creative processes and production workflows, with experience in the travel industry and multi-regional environments being advantageous.
