About the Role
As a Technical Support Consultant (English speaker), you will support veterinary professionals by assisting with a range of products, services, and diagnostic equipment. You will receive structured training and ongoing development opportunities while working in an innovative, fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for veterinary and diagnostic products, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues
- Guide customers in the use, setup, and maintenance of equipment
- Assist with installations, configurations, and data-related inquiries
- Respond to customer questions, process orders, and support billing-related queries when needed
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions, collaborating with internal teams as required
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Follow quality standards and compliance requirements
What You Bring
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability with solid analytical thinking
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
- Comfort working both independently and in a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
