Within this position you will work in the Business Insight Center (BIC). The Business Insight Center (BIC) helps Robeco make better decisions by turning data into clear and reliable insights. We work closely with business teams across the organization and support them with dashboards, analytics, and data expertise. Our goal is to make business intelligence accessible, trustworthy, and useful for everyday decision‑making.

Team

You will join the Reporting Services team, which empowers Robeco’s Operation and Investment teams by delivering high-end, strategic, client-centric, digital, and data-driven reporting solutions for both internal and external clients. Reporting Services is part of the Sales, Marketing, and Reporting Value Stream, which is responsible for all Sales, Marketing, Client Services applications and (ESG) Reporting.

The team operates at the intersection of business and IT and plays an important role in enabling self‑service analytics while maintaining quality and consistency.

Position & Requirements

You will be part of a team that designs, builds, and maintains reporting and dashboard solutions. You will work with experienced colleagues who will support your development and help you grow your technical and analytical skills.

You do not need to know everything on day one: curiosity, willingness to learn, and an interest in data are most important. In this role, you will:

• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports (primarily in Qlik)
• Help translate business questions into data and visual insights
• Work with different stakeholders to understand their information needs
• Assist in improving data quality, consistency, and usability
• Support business users by answering questions and helping them use analytics effectively
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing within the team

Your work will gradually grow in scope and responsibility as you gain experience.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in data, analytics, and reporting
• Has a relevant background (e.g. IT, data, business analytics, econometrics, or similar)
• Enjoys working with both technical topics and business stakeholders
• Is structured, curious, and eager to learn
• Communicates clearly and is comfortable asking questions
• Has basic experience with BI tools, data analysis, or SQL (this can also be from studies or internships)
• Experience with Qlik is a plus but not required
