In deze rol als Business Analyst binnen Business Technology ondersteun je de CIO bij het realiseren van business value door effectief gebruik van enterprise technology. Het team beheert en optimaliseert systemen die kernprocessen ondersteunen, waaronder Property Management, POS, CRM, Finance en Guest Experience-platformen.

Als Business Analyst – Business Technology zorg je dat technologische oplossingen aansluiten op businessprocessen, databehoeften en strategische doelstellingen. Je draagt bij over de volledige product lifecycle: van discovery en design tot delivery, adoptie en continuous improvement.

Over de baan

Our Business Technology team supports the CIO in delivering business value through the effective use of enterprise technology. We manage and optimize systems that enable core business capabilities, including Property Management, POS, CRM, Finance and Guest Experience platforms. This role sits in a dynamic context, where you work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership on change that truly matters. You’ll take real ownership of outcomes, learn from experienced domain experts, and grow alongside a team that invests strongly in coaching and capability building. As a Business Analyst – Business Technology, you will help ensure technology solutions align with business processes, data needs, and strategic objectives. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Business Analyst you act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Working with Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, Product Owners, and vendors, you analyse requirements, understand and document business processes, and translate them into clear, value-driven technology solutions.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver digital solutions that are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with business goals. Furthermore you’ll be doing:

• Requirements & Analysis: Analyse and optimise business processes, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and success criteria;

• Design & Solutioning: Co-design future-state solutions with Product Owners and architects, and support Agile delivery from idea to validation;

• Test, data & adoption: Ensure solution quality and adoption through coordinated testing, data validation, and go-live support;

• Operations & Lifecycle Management: Drive continuous improvement by analysing operational insights, system changes, and business impact.

Tools & way of working:

• Utilise data, AI, and collaboration tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Jira, Confluence) to drive analysis, documentation, delivery, and decision-making in Agile or hybrid environments.

Your primary workplace is Amsterdam, but when required will be visiting the parks to engage on site with GM’s, suppliers, or other stakeholders on the products use.

Wie je bent

• 4–6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Digital Marketing, or Information Systems;
• Proven ability to translate business and customer needs into technical and process solutions;
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM/Marketing Cloud), Sitecore (CMS), STEP (PIM), IDeaS (revenue management), Ingenico (payment), and Elastic Search;
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, content management, booking flows, and payment integrations;
• Skilled in process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, and functional documentation;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps;
• Knowledge of data privacy (GDPR) and PCI compliance for payment systems.
