In this role your strategic vision directly shapes the future of Philips’ Imaging service portfolio across Europe. As the Service Business Manager for Imaging, Europe, you are not just managing services—you are steering a critical growth engine for the business.
This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who wants to combine commercial strategy, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation on a continental scale.
You will develop and implement service delivery readiness plans, oversee financial and operational performance, and foster continuous service improvement. The role ensures regulatory compliance, drives market capabilities, and maintains a strategic services plan to position the business for long-term success.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. This role would ideally be based from either our Amsterdam office or Madrid however all European locations within regular commuting distance of Philips head office locations in that country will be considered.
