Senior Demand Generation Manager, Global

This role sits in the Global Revenue Marketing team and reports to the Team Lead Digital Marketing. You are focused on orchestrating excellence across our demand generation teams. You will act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, transforming local successes into scalable global frameworks that drive growth, through a close partnership with all Demand Generation Managers. Your goal is to foster a high-performing community that leverages shared best practices to accelerate growth worldwide.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the primary lead for our 10+ local Demand Generation Managers. Build and nurture a connected community through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, onboarding and more.
  • Support scaling innovative and effective campaign ideas from local offices into global strategies that other regions can adopt with ease.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure our global MarTech stack supports the community’s needs. You’ll lead initiatives on measurement, dashboard, tooling and more. Hands-on experience is required, as you’ll independently lead some initiatives without support from Revenue Operations.
  • Create scalable best practices to guide the demand generation community in both tactics and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with our product marketing, content and design teams to deduce the turn-around time on our demand generation tactics and assets.
  • Leverage audience intelligence tools to analyze audience behaviors, interests, and media consumption habits that inform effective demand generation strategies.
  • Ensure demand generation campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy, while educating the marketing organization on measuring success through clear, effective KPIs.
  • Analysing cross market data, preparing insights to present during QBRs

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience. B2B marketing and demand generation experience as a requirement.
  • You are a natural facilitator who can lead a room of diverse, senior stakeholders.
  • You have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. You know how to take a broad request ("we need better measurement"), turn it into a concrete plan and deliver.
  • You are able to balance strategic thinking and hands-on work From developing a strategy to execution and optimization
  • You are a self-starting and self-motivated contributor with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a requirement
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%+
