As Demand Planning Manager D2C, you will own the demand plan across Western Europe D2C channels (own .com and marketplaces), delivering a reliable and unbiased forecast that supports strong availability, healthy inventory levels, and commercial performance. This role combines forward-looking planning with a hands-on execution mindset, ensuring demand signals accurately reflect commercial reality in a fast-moving D2C environment. Acting as the bridge between Commercial teams, Marketplace teams, and Supply Planning, the planner drives forecast quality and enables fact-based decision making.
Owns SKU-level forecasting across Western Europe D2C channels and ensures the demand plan reflects current commercial dynamics.
Improves Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias through root-cause analysis and structured review cycles.
Translates promotions, campaigns, pricing actions, launches, and marketplace dynamics into a realistic demand signal.
Enables strong On Shelf Availability while highlighting inventory risks and excess exposure.
Acts as the planning partner to Commercial teams, leading alignment discussions and constructively challenging assumptions.
Proactively identifies risks, scenarios, and opportunities and translates these into clear actions.
Maintains daily awareness of demand deviations and adjusts forecasts where required.
Leverages data and analytics to generate insights and improve forecast quality.
Ensures strong data discipline and signal reliability across D2C channels.
Uses SAP and IBP for demand planning, analysis, and performance tracking.
Drives continuous improvement in planning tools, automation, and reporting.
