KIC Management Simplification Officer (AD8)

The EIT is organising a Call for applications with a view to establishing a reserve list for Temporary Agents for the position of KIC Management Simplification Officer (AD8). The place of employment will be Budapest (Hungary), where the EIT seat is located.

The KIC Management Simplification Officer will report to the Head of Unit Partnerships Management. The Officer will provide advice and lead the process of simplification of operational management and reporting, with a view to establish innovative, lean and simplified operational mechanisms at the EIT itself and in relation to its KICs. This effort shall contribute to position the EIT as a role model in terms of efficient and simplified financial management within the framework of EU Institutions and bodies. The Officer will assume responsibility in establishing and implementing the follow-up of the new procedures and combining content and financial monitoring aspects together with impact assessment and key performance indicators.
